Red scrotum syndrome

报告1例红色阴囊综合征。患者男,86岁。阴囊红斑伴灼痛2个月而就诊。皮肤科检查:阴囊边界清楚的红斑,诊断为红色阴囊综合征。给予外用糖皮质激素及抗真菌药治疗均无明显缓解。

We report a case of red scrotum syndrome. A 86-year-old man presented with persistent painful erythema on the scrotum for two months. Physical examination revealed a demarcated erythema on the scrotum. A diagnosis of red scrotum syndrome was made. No improvement was achieved following topical glueocorticoid and antifungal treatments
