摘要
胆碱能性荨麻疹患者多在运动及洗浴后体温升高时,出现多个持续短暂的小风团,发病机制尚不完全明确,除了乙酰胆碱,还有其他多种因素的参与,包括汗液过敏、末端汗管角化栓的阻塞及获得性全身性少汗症等,提示了胆碱能性荨麻疹存在多个亚型。概述其病因及发病机制,胆碱能性荨麻疹可能分为4种:汗孔阻塞型、合并获得性全身性少汗型、汗液过敏型、特发型。
Cholinergic urticaria (CU) is characterized by a number of small, short-lasting hives that appear after body core temperature increases, usually, following exercise or bathing. The exact pathogenesis of CU is unclear. Besides acetylcholine, various pathogenetic mechanisms have been postulated to be involved in the development of CU, including sweat allergy, superficial obstruction of the acrosyringium by keratotic plugs, acquired general hypohidrosis, et al. It is suggested that CU can be categorized into four subtypes: CU with Doral occlusion, CU with acquired eneralized hvpohidrosis, CU with sweat allergy, and idiopathic CU.
