摘要
在生命有机体内,Notch信号通路是一类非常重要的通路。在哺乳动物中,特别是在人类中,存在有4种不同功能的Notch蛋白(Notch1、2、3、4)。Notch蛋白与肿瘤的发生、发展密切相关,将从4种Notch蛋白的结构域、结合位点、调控上游位点及组织特异性方面来阐述它们之间的相似点和差异。
Notch signal pathway is a very important pathway in the living organisms. There are 4 Notch proteins (Notehl, 2, 3, 4) having different functions in mammals, especially in human being. Notch proteins have vital roles in the progress of tumoregenesis. It will shed light on the similarity and differences among the 4 proteins from domains, binding sites, regulation of upstream sites and tissue specificity.
