基于瞳孔尺寸波动的用户基本满意度评价模型研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的研究应用瞳孔尺寸波动变化来客观反映可用性评价中用户基本满意度的问题。方法通过眼动仪记录31名志愿者在可用性评价实验前后的瞳孔垂直直径数据,对瞳孔直径数据进行处理并与其主观满意度打分做相关性匹配。结果分析得到志愿者的瞳孔波动性变化与基本满意度存在显著的线性负相关,并获得瞳孔波动性变化与满意度之间变换方程S=-8.437P+4.576,建立了瞳孔尺寸波动-基本满意度模型,应用该模型得到可用性评价实验中用户基本满意度变化曲线。结论瞳孔尺寸波动可以反映可用性评价实验中用户满意度变化。 Objective To study the application of Pupil Size Change Principle in the objective reflections of Cus tomer Satisfaction Usability Evaluation. Methods Based on records of the eye tracker, pupil vertical dimen sional data of 31 subjects were collected before and after the test respectively. The data were then matched with subjective satisfactory scores. Results The analysis revealed that the changes of subjects pupil size and the degrees of their satisfaction were of linear negative relationship and the transformation equation of these two elements/variations was : S = 8. 437P + 4. 576. Based on the equation, a Pupil Size Change Customer Sat isfaction Model was also proposed which wasused to obtain Customer Satisfaction Curve in the experiment of Usability Evaluation. Conclusion The changes of subjects' pupil size can reflect the degrees of customers' satisfaction.
