Historical Experience and Practical Orientation of the Communist Party of China's Mass Work

90多年来,中国共产党群众工作取得了非常好的经验,党群关系是非常密切的。但执政以后,党群关系所面临的客观环境、任务等和过去相比确有很大不同。群众工作的本质是密切党群关系,核心是正确处理人民内部矛盾。新的历史条件下,要围绕着权力的运行和对权力运行的制约监督,构筑一个能够互动起来的党群关系模式。

In the past 90 plus years,the Communist Party of China＇s mass work has achieved extraordinary experience.The Party-mass relationship is very intimate.However,since exercising governance,the Party-mass relationship faces quite different environments and tasks from the past.The nature of mass work is to improve Party-mass relationship and the focus of mass work is to correctly handle contradictions among the people.Under the new historical conditions,an interactive model of Party-mass relationship should be constructed focusing on the exercise of power and the checks and oversight over the exercise of power.
