摘要
传统的师承教育强调教学的实践性,符合中医药学形成和发展规律,在中医独特的思维方法及中医临床技能的传授等方面有其显著的优越性,但因缺乏系统的理论学习,容易导致学习者知识结构局限。近60余年来,现代院校教育已经逐步成为中医药人才培养的主渠道,但因教学中有重理论轻实践的倾向,严重制约中医药人才的培养。我院从2005年开展以中医特色教育为背景的院校中医药师承教育改革试点工作,将中医师承教育与院校教育全面融合,为中医药教育事业全面发展进行了有益的尝试,取得了可喜的成绩。
Traditional apprentice education emphasizes practice which accords with the nature of traditional Chinese medicine and its regular developing pattern.It has obvious superiority on thinking methods and imparting knowledge of the TCM clinical skills.However,due to the lack of systematical theoretical learning,it would easily cause limits in knowledge structure.In the recent 60 years,modern college education has become a main channel to cultivate TCM talents.But because of the tendency of placing too much on theories while ignoring practices,it also limits the cultivation of excellent TCM talents.Our institute carried out TCM apprentice education reform pilot work on the background of special education of TCM since 2005.We have combined TCM apprentice education and college education to bring about integrated development of the TCM education which has made some gratifying achievements.
