摘要
讨论中医学基础理论的继承和创新思路。指出在继承性研究中 ,要科学地评价中国古代哲学思想在中医学理论体系中的作用和地位 ,既承认精气、阴阳、五行等古代哲学思想对中医学理论体系建构的重大影响 ,又不能把中医学说成是古代哲学的衍生物 ;纠正偏颇或错误认识 ,对中医学理论的发展具有重要的意义。继承性研究的主要目标应是明确中医学固有理论和概念的内涵 ,为中医学理论的深化研究奠定基础。中医学理论的创新应以整体观念为指导 ,确立中医学的自然科学性质 ,将中医学理论纳入现代科学的研究序列 ,同时加强中医学在人文和社会科学方面的研究 ,强化中医学传统思维方法的研究和革新 ,以便创立科学的假说 ,构建新的理论体系 ,使中医学走向现代化。
The author discussed the inheritance and innovation of TCM fundamental theory and pointed out that in the inheritance study the effect of Chinese ancient philosophy on the TCM theory system should be evaluated scientifically and the major objective of inheritance study is definitude of the meaning of TCM concept and theory.TCM innovation should be directed by the concept of entirety.The natural science quantity of TCM should be recognized and the thought method of TCM should also be studied and innovated so that the scientific hypothesis will be established and new theory system will be built.
