中西医结合治疗肝硬化腹水100例近期疗效观察

Observations on the Recent Therapeutic Effect of Integrated WM and TCM on Ascites due to Cirrhosis,a Report of 100 Cases

采用消臌除胀汤为主 ,配合西药综合治疗肝硬化腹水 10 0例 ,并与单纯采用西药治疗 10 0例作对照。结果 :治疗组临床治愈 47例 ,好转 5 0例 ,无效 3例 ,总有效率为 97.0 % ;对照组临床治愈 37例 ,好转 32例 ,无效 31例 ,总有效率为69.0 %。两组总有效率比较有显著差异 (P<0 .0 5 )

cases of ascites due to cirrhosis were treated with Xiaoguchuzhang Decoction (消臌除胀汤) majorly,companied with western drugs.100 cases only treated with western drugs were set up as the control group.The clinical observations were made during half a year.Result:In the treatment group,47 cases cured,50 cases turned better,3 cases had no effect,the total effective rate was 97.0%.In the control group,37 cases cured,32 cases turned better,31 cases had no effect,the total effective rate was 69.0%.There had apparent differences between the two groups in the total effective rate (P<0.05).
