摘要
采用清开灵、复方丹参注射液联合促肝细胞生长素治疗重型肝炎 60例 ,并与单用促肝细胞生长素治疗 60例作对照观察。结果 :治疗组显效 30例 ,有效 15例 ,无效 15例 ,总有效率为 75 % ;对照组显效 2 0例 ,有效 13例 ,无效 2 7例 ,总有效率为 5 5 %。两组比较差异显著 (χ2 =4.43,P<0 .0 5 )。联合用药在降低血清胆红素、预防感染和肝性脑病及总有效率方面明显优于对照组。
cases of severe hepatitis were treated with integrated Qingkailin Injection(清开灵注射液)、Compound Danshen Injection (复方丹参注射液) and hepatocyte promoting factor.60 cases only treated with hepatocyte promoting factor were set up as the control group.Result:In the treatment group,30 cases were markedly effective,15 effective,15 ineffective and the total effective rate was 75%;In the control group,it respectively was 20,13,27,55%.The treatment group was prior to the control group significantly in the aspects of decreasing serum bilirubin、preventing infection and hepatic encephalopathy.
