血浆置换治疗妊娠期高脂血症性重症急性胰腺炎患者的护理

Nursing of plasma exchange combined with CRRT treatment for pregnant women with hyperlipidemic severe acute pancreatitis

目的 探讨血浆置换联合连续肾脏替代疗法治疗妊娠期高脂血症性重症急性胰腺炎患者的护理经验.方法 总结11例应用血浆置换联合连续肾脏替代疗法治疗妊娠期高脂血症性重症急性胰腺炎患者的护理体会.结果 11例患者全部经血浆置换,其中5例联合连续肾脏替代疗法,同时经呼吸机支持、穿刺引流、抗感染、纠正电解质紊乱、营养支持等综合治疗,除2例胎儿、1例孕妇死亡外其余母儿均救治存活.结论 加强血浆置换与连续肾脏替代疗法治疗期间的护理是保证妊娠期高脂血症性重症急性胰腺炎治疗顺利进行的关键.

Objective To study the nursing experience of plasma exchange combined with CRRT treatment of hyperlipidemia in pregnant women with severe acute pancreatitis.Methods Summarized the nursing of 11 cases of pregnant women with hyperlipidemic severe acute pancreatitis applying plasma exchange combined with CRRT plasmapheresis therapy.Results All 11 cases patients received plasma exchange with 5 cases of joint CRRT treatment,at the same time,by the comprehensive treatment such as ventilator support,puncture,drainage,anti-infection,correction of electrolyte disorders,and nutritional support,in addition to the death of two fetal and one pregnant woman,others were survival.Conclusions To strengthen the nursing care during plasma exchange with CRRT treatment is guaranteed for the treatment of pregnant women with hyperlipidemic severe acute pancreatitis.
