精益管理理论在医院消毒供应中心流程改进中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 目的 完善医院消毒供应中心管理流程,提高管理效益.方法 采用精益管理的5S管理、目视管理及需求拉动式管理等管理工具,优化消毒供应中心工作流程.结果 减少工作流程中的浪费,一次性物品周转加快,库存减少,精益管理后敷料包的制作耗时(370.15±13.60)s,明显低于精益管理前的(654.50±19.72)s,差异有统计学意义(t=-46.384,P<0.01),节约了人力资源.结论 精益管理可以促进医院消毒供应中心的科学化管理,提高一次性物品管理的效益和效率. Objective To improve the management process of the central sterile supply department,and enhance the efficiency of the management.Methods The major method of this study was lean management,which consisted of 5S management,visual management and pull inventory management.With these methods the process of central sterile supply department was improved.Results The problems that consisting of the waste of working process and the excess inventory of disposable products can be solved by introducing lean management,and the time of dressings bag production after lean management(370.15 ± 13.60) s was less than the time before lean management(654.50 ± 19.72) s,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01),so the human resources was saved.Conclusions The practices proved that lean management can promote the scientific management of central sterile supply department,and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of disposable products management.
