饮食指导卡在重型颅脑损伤患者家属饮食指导中的应用

摘要 目的 探讨应用饮食指导卡对重型颅脑损伤患者家属实施饮食指导的效果.方法 选择重型颅脑损伤患者家属98名,随机分为观察组和对照组各49名.对照组采用常规的口头健康教育方法,观察组在此基础上应用饮食指导卡对患者家属进行饮食指导,比较两组患者家属对重型颅脑损伤饮食知识的掌握情况和对护理工作的满意度.结果 观察组患者家属对饮食知识的掌握率85.71%,对照组61.22%;观察组对护理工作的满意度81.63%,对照组57.14%;两组比较差异均有统计学意义(x2值分别为7.69,7.16;P<0.01).结论 饮食指导卡提高了患者家属对饮食知识的知晓率,患者的营养可以得到及时、合理的补充,有利于患者早日康复,同时也有利于护患关系的改善. Objective To explore the implementation effect of dietary guide card on dietary guidance in family members of patients with severe head injury.Methods A total of 98 family members of patients with severe head injury were selected and randomly divided into two groups:49 in the observation group which received routine verbal health education,and 49 in the control group which received dietary guidance education from dietary guide card based on routine verbal health education.And the situation of dietary knowledge of patients with severe head injury and the degree of nursing satisfaction among family members of patients with severe head injury were compared between the two groups.Results The understanding rate of dietary knowledge was 85.71% in the observation group,which was higher than 61.22% in the control group; the degree of nursing satisfaction was 81.63% in the observation group,which was higher than 57.14% in the control group; and the differences were statistically significant (x2 =7.69,7.16,respectively; P < 0.01).Conclusions Dietary guide information cards can enhance the understanding rate of dietary knowledge among family members of patients with severe head injury,which makes it possible to provide timely and reasonable nutrition for patients,and it is beneficial to the early recovery of patients and can help to improve the nurse-patient relationship.
