中药抗脑衰胶囊对小鼠免疫功能的影响

Effect of Kangnaoshuai Capsule (抗脑衰胶囊) on the Immunity Function of Rats

目的 :观察抗脑衰胶囊对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法 :采用碳粒阔清速率的测定、溶血素抗体生成的测定以及迟发性超敏反应等试验方法。结果 :抗脑衰胶囊可增加小鼠免疫器官重量 ,改善特异性及非特异性免疫功能 ,提高小鼠网状内皮系统吞噬功能 ,促进溶血素生成。结论 :抗脑衰胶囊可改善小鼠的免疫功能。

Objective:To observe the effect of Kangnaoshuan Capsule (KC) on the immunity function of small rats.Method:The expurgation rate of carbon particle,the building of hemolysin antibody was determined.And delayed type hypersensitivity was studied.Result:The weight of immunity organs was increased,the immunity function was improved and the growth of hemolysin was promoted.Conclusion:The immunity function was improved by KC.
