原发性闭角型青光眼眼血流动力学改变

Changes of Ocular Hemodynamics in Primary Angle-Closed Glaucoma

为探讨原发性闭角型青光眼的发病机理 ,采用彩色超声多普勒成像 (CDI)对 115例原发性闭角型青光眼患者的眼血流动力学改变进行了检测 ,结果发现 ,急、慢性闭角型青光眼患者各组眼动脉和视网膜中央动脉的血流参数指标均表现为收缩期峰值速度 (PSV)、舒张末期速度 (EDV)和平均血流速度 (AV)的降低 ,阻力指数(RI)和搏动指数 (PI)的升高。在各血流参数中以急性闭角型青光眼急性发作期组的变异最显著 ,慢性闭角型青光眼组次之 ,急性闭角型青光眼慢性期组再次之。说明原发性闭角型青光眼患者的眼动脉和视网膜中央动脉的血流速度下降明显 ,血流阻力增加 ,眼局部血液循环障碍。

To ivestigate ocular hemodynamics with color Doppler imagine(CDI),115 Patients with primary closedangle glaucoma(PCG) were studied.Results: In acute angle-closure glaucoma and chronic angle-closure glaucoma,peak systolic velocity(PSV)、end diastolic velocity(EDV) and average velocity(AV) of the ophthalmic artery(OA) and the central retinal artery(CRA)reduced,resistive index(RI) and pulsatility index(PI) of OA and CRA ascended.In blood flow parameter,the variance of acute angle-closure glaucoma acute lhase was large,the variance of chronic angle-closure was inferior,the variance of acute angle-closure glaucoma chromic phase was small. Blood flow relocities of OA and CRA in PCG were lower than those in the nomal sudjucts,the resistance of the blood flow increase,ocular blood circulation obstacle.
