摘要
为了探讨治喘伏贴灵对幼鼠的平喘作用 ,采用药物引喘法和用放射免疫法测量幼鼠血浆中环腺苷酸(cAMP)与环鸟苷酸 (cGMP)的含量。结果 :治喘伏贴灵对乙酰胆碱和组织胺混合引喘的幼年豚鼠能明显延长哮喘发生的潜伏期 ,减少发生百分率 ;并能提高幼鼠血浆cAMP/cGMP比值。提示治喘伏贴灵具有明显的平喘作用。
Drug causing asthmatic and radioimmunoassay were used in the determination of the contents of cAMP and cGMP of blood plasma in young mice.The results showed that ZhiChuanFuTieLing had obviously prolonged the latent period of asthmatic caused by both acetylcholine and histamine,decreased the percentage of asthmatic animals,improved the rate of cAMP/cGMP of blood plasma in young mice.It suggested that ZhiChuanFuTieLing exerted apparently suppressive effect on asthmatic.
