防护线对“单端-差分”微带线结构串扰的影响 被引量:2

摘要 分析了使用防护线减小"单端-差分"微带线结构串扰的方法,并运用Ansoft Designer进行仿真分析,设计了两端开路、两端端接匹配电阻、两端接地、分布多个短路过孔等4种不同类型的防护线。仿真结果表明:防护线两端开路在受扰线上产生的串扰是最大的,防护线上每隔λ/10处加入接地过孔,可以非常有效地减小线间串扰。 The method by using the guard trace to reduce the crosstalk in "single-differential" microstrip line was analyzed. Using the Ansoft Designer, four kinds of guard traces were designed and simulated with open-circuit terminals, matching resistance,grounding terminals and many grounding vias. The simulation results showed that the guard trace with open-circuit terminals would induce worst crosstalk in victim line. On the other hand, crosstalk was largely reduced when the guard trace was stitched to ground at every λ/10 interval.
