Research Summary about the Mechanism of Primary Dysmenorrhea in Both Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

探讨原发性痛经疼痛的机理以更好地指导治疗用药。综述原发性痛经发生的机理 ,现代医学认为其疼痛的发生不仅与分泌期子宫内膜前列腺素F2a(PGF2a)浓度过高有关 ,还与神经内分泌、遗传、免疫等诸多因素有关 ;中医学认为痛经多由瘀阻而致 ,以寒凝血瘀和气滞血瘀较为多见。理气活血、化瘀止痛治疗原发性痛经的疼痛 ,有良好的临床疗效及运用前景。

To explore the mechanism of primary dysmenorrhea.Western medicine views that it is related not only with the high concentration of PGF 2a of ecretory endometriam,but also with neauroendocrine、heredity、immunity and so on,while in the view of traditional Chinese medicine collateral obstruction by blood stasis is the chief mechanism.In the differential diagnosis of primary dysmenorrhea,blood stasis caused by the stagnation of qiand chill is very common.Recent studies of therapy in TCM showed that regulating qi、activating blood to dissipote blood stasis had good effect.
