摘要
目的探讨新生儿黄疸与患儿心肌损伤间的相关性。方法选取于本院诊断为新生儿黄疸的患儿87例,其中生理性黄疸52例为观察组1,病理性黄疸35例为观察组2,并随机抽取同期正常新生儿50例为对照组,测定3组新生儿不同时期心肌酶水平。结果观察组1患儿AST、LDH、CK、CK-MB略高于对照组相应指标间存在差异,但差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组2患儿诊断时及黄疸消失时AST、LDH、CK、CK-MB均明显高于对照组相应指标,以上差异在统计学上均有意义(P<0.05);观察组2患者黄疸消失时AST、LDH、CK、CK-MB均明显低于其诊断时各指标,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新生儿黄疸可引起心肌酶升高,当患儿为病理性黄疸时可引起不同程度心肌损伤,应加强患儿心肌保护,预防心肌损伤。
Objective To study the relationship between the myocardial damage and neonatal jaundic;Methods Selected 87 cases of patients diagnosed of neonatal jaundice in our hospital, including 52 cases of physiological jaundice as observation group 1, 35 cases of pathologic jaundice as observation group 2, and randomly selected 50 cases of normal newborn at the period as the control group. Measured the neonatal cardiac enzyme levels of different periods of 3 groups.Results The AST, LDH, CK, CK-MB of observation group 1 patients were slightly higher than the corresponding ones of control group, the above differences were not statistically significant(P〈0.05); The AST,LDH, CK, CK-MB of observation group 2 patients at the time of diagnosis and jaundice disappearing were significantly higher than the corresponding indicators of control group, the above differences had statistical significance(P〈0.05);The AST, LDH, CK, CK-MB of observation group 2 patients at the time of jaundice disappearing were significantly lower than the ones at the time of diagnosis, the difference is statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion Neonatal jaundice can cause cardiac enzymes elevated, when the children is of pathologic jaundice, it can cause varying degrees of myocardial injury, myocardial protection should be strengthened in children to prevent myocardial injury.
