金莲花口服液工艺研究

目的解决金莲花口服液含量降低问题。方法在配制过程中加入抗氧剂焦亚硫酸钠Na2S2O5,采用紫外分光光度进行含量测定。结果加速试验结果显示:处方2和处方3中金莲花总黄酮含量变化不大,长期试验结果显示:处方2中金莲花总黄酮含量较为稳定。结论经过加入抗氧剂,能有效的防止金莲花口服液含量降低,增加金莲花口服液的稳定性。

Objective To solve the lower content of Jinlianhua oral liquid.Methods Adding the antioxidant Na2S2O5 in the Mixture process,Using ultraviolet spectrophotometry method for determination.Results Accelerated test display： Recipe 2 and recipe 3 total flavonoids content changed little. Long term test results show： Pescription 2 to tal flavonoids content was relatively stable.conclusion After adding antioxidant, it can effectively prevent tropaeolum oral liquid content reduce, increase the stability of Jinlianhua oral liquid.
