儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘56例诊治体会

The diagnosis and treatment realization of 56 children with cough variant asthma

目的探讨儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘(CVA)的临床特点及治疗。方法对收治的56例CVA患儿的临床资料进行回顾性分析,对确诊患儿给予沙美特罗/氟替卡松吸入剂(50/100μg)每日早、晚一次吸入,孟鲁司特钠片5mg每晚口服,疗程12周。结果 CVA患儿经规范治疗后临床疗效显著、肺功能改善明显。结论提高对儿童CVA的认识,及时诊断、规范治疗可有效控制儿童CVA的发生。

Objective To explore clinical characteristics and treatment of children with cough variant asthma（CVA）.Methods The clinical data of 56 children with CVA were retrospected and analysed. The diagnosed patients were treated with salmeterol / fluticasone propionate, 50/100 μg for inhalation twice daily,montelukast 5mg for taking orally each night,. course of treatment was 12 weeks.Results Regular treatment had a marked effect on children with CVA. Lung function improved obviously.Conclusion The understanding of children CVA should be enhanced. Timely diagnosis and regular treatment can control children CVA occurrence effectively.
