论医院质量问题药品处理的改进

Discussion on the improvement to the process of medicines with quality issues

目的分析医院目前质量问题药品的处理情况,针对原有处理方式的不足进行改进。方法从方法上细化流程,缩短处理周期,提高处理完成率。结果通过改进前10个月与改进后10个月的数据对比,质量问题药品的处理周期显著缩短,处理完成率(按金额计)由68.13%增至98.99%。结论对质量问题药品处理流程的改进,提高了原有的处理速度与成效,对药剂科的药品管理工作具有积极的意义。

Objective Analyzing the current situation of the medicines with quality issues, in order to improve the process.Methods Refining the process, shortening the processing period, and increasing the finishing rate.Results Comparing the data 10 months before improvement to 10 months after, processing period of the medicines with quality issues, has been shorten remarkably, and the finishing rate has been raised from 68.13% to 98.99%.Conclusion Improvement of the process increases the rate, and makes a positive significance to the management of medicines to the pharmacy department.
