中空纤维式渗透汽化膜内流动的CFD模拟 被引量:2

摘要 采用计算流体动力学(CFD)数值模拟软件研究了入口速度和管径对中空纤维式渗透汽化膜内流动特征及分离性能的影响。结果表明,膜通道内压降和壁面剪切应力与入口速度呈正相关,与管径呈反相关;分离性能随着入口速度的增大,呈现先增大后减小的趋势;管径越小,分离性能越高。 The computational fluid dynamics (CFD) numerical simulation software is used to study the effect of inlet velocity and diameter to the flow characteristics and the separation performance of hollow fiber pervaporation membrane.The results show that pressure drop and wall shear stress are proportional to inlet velocity,and are inversely proportional to diameter.In a certain range of inlet velocity,the separation performance improved with inlet velocity increasing,but it begins to decrease when the inlet velocity is beyond the range.The diameter is smaller,the separation performance is higher.
