摘要
为了建立准确、快速测定工业盐中碘含量的方法,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定工业盐中碘,以115 In为内标,优化各项参数.方法检出限为0.023 μg/g,线性范围碘质量分数为0~600μg/g时,线性相关系数r=0.999 9,相对标准偏差(RSD%)为1.3%,不同浓度的样品加标回收率在97.0%~101.4%之间.所建测定方法灵敏度高,线性范围宽,准确、可靠,操作简便、快速,适用于工业盐中碘元素测定.
To establish an ICP-MS method to determine iodine in salt industry,115In is used as on-line internal standards and the instrument's parameters are adjusted to good state.The limits of detection for iodine is 0.023 μg/g,and the method has a broad line-arrange 0-600 μg/g.The linear correlative coefficients for iodine is 0.999 9.The RSD of iodine in salt industry is 1.3%.The recoveries of different concentration-spiked samples are between 97.0%-101.4%.It indicates that this method has high sensitivity,broad line-arrange,good accuracy and precision.It is promising to determine iodine in salt industry.
