电针加温针灸治疗对周围性及中枢性面瘫患者临床症状的改善

Electro-acupuncture Combined With Warming Needle Moxibustion on the Improvement of Clinical Symptoms of Peripheral and Central Facial Paralysis Patients

目的探讨电针加温针灸在周围性及中枢性面瘫患者中的应用效果。方法将100例周围性及中枢性面瘫患者按照治疗方法的不同分为治疗组和对照组,对照组采用电针治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上采用温针灸治疗,比较2组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗组的临床症状改善的总有效率为96.0%显著高于对照组的80.0%(P<0.05)。2组治疗后IgM、IgG均较治疗前显著下降,但治疗组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组的治愈时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论电针加温针灸治疗可显著改善面瘫患者的免疫球蛋白,改善患者的临床症状。

Objective To investigate the application effects of electroacupuncture combined with warming needle moxibustion in peripheral and central facial paralysis.Methods 100 cases of peripheral and central facial paralysis patients were divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the different treatment methods,the control group was treated with electroacupuncture,the treatment group was treated with warming needle moxibustion based on the control group,treatment effect were compared between two groups.Results The total efficiency of improvement of clinical symptoms was 96% in the treatment group which was significantly higher than 80% in the control group（P〈0.05）.IgM,IgG after treatment of two groups were significantly lower than before treatment,but the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.Cure time in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Electroacupuncture combined with warming needle moxibustion can significantly improve the immune globulin in patients with facial paralysis,improve clinical symptoms.
