摘要
目的通过比较中药通莲汤联合微波热疗与单纯微波热疗治疗老年中晚期食管癌的疗效差异,提供一种新的食管癌治疗方案。方法 38例局部中晚期老年食管癌患者,年龄70~85岁,随机分为对照组(17例)和治疗组(21例)。2组均行微波热疗,温度39.5~40.5℃,2次/周,间隔≥72 h,90 min/次;治疗组加服通莲汤,1剂/d,2次/d,服用周期同热疗。结果治疗组与对照组比较,瘤体尺寸缩小总有效率(RR)有统计学意义(P<0.05),χ2=6.497,P=0.011。2组生活质量(KPS评分)自身治疗前后比较有统计学意义(P<0.05),但治疗组在治疗后生活质量的改善优于对照组,2组间KPS评分比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。疼痛(NRS评分)总缓解率比较,治疗组与对照组有统计学意义(P<0.05),χ2=4.962,P=0.026。结论通莲汤联合微波热疗治疗老年食管癌可以增强疗效,并可提高老年患者的生活质量。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Tonglian Decoction(TD) combined with micro-thermal therapy(MTT) in the treatmentof elderly esophageal cancer.Methods 38 elderly patients suffered with esophageal cancer were enrolled in the trial,ages ranging 70-85 years.All patients were randomly divided into TD combining MTT group(Treatment group) and mono-MTT group(Controlled group).Results Response Rate(RR) of tumor size control has significant difference between the groups,χ^2=6.497,P=0.011.The quality of life(KPS score) in the treatment group improved more significantly than that in the controlled group(P〈0.05).NRS score for pain evaluation also has significant differences between the groups,χ^2=4.962,P=0.026.Conclusion TD combined with MTT is effective and can improve life quality in the treatment of elderly esophageal cancer.
