康复治疗对脑卒中后失语症患者语言恢复的影响

Clinical Observations of Rehabilitation Effect on Stroke Patients with Aphasia

目的研究早期康复治疗对脑卒中后失语症患者语言恢复的影响。方法将92例脑卒中后失语症患者设为康复组和对照组,分别予以早期康复治疗和一般神经内科治疗。应用中国康复中心失语检查法对患者评分。结果康复组在听力、阅读、朗读及复述方面评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。1月后康复组显效患者较对照组增多;3月后康复组患者基本好转。结论脑卒中后失语症患者应加强早期康复治疗并至少持续3个月以上。

Objective To explore early rehabilitation effect on stoke patients with aphasia.Methods 92 cases of post-stroke aphasia were selected and divided equally into rehabilitation group（received early rehabilitation） and control group（received neurological treatment）,rehabilitation group were treated with early rehabilitation and contral group were treated with normal chinical treatment.After one and three months of treatment,the two groups were scored with Chinese rehabilitation research center aphasia examination（CRRCAE） respectively.The results were analyzed comparatively.Results The score of listening,reading and retelling from the rehabilitation group was higher than the score from the control group,and the difference has statistically significance.Compared with the control group（24/46）,the rehabilitation group had significant effects（40/46） after one month treatment,and after three months of treatment,the rehabilitation group had satisfying improvement（44/46） and the control group improved a little（36/46）.Conclusion Early rehabilitation should be applied to post-stroke patients with aphasia for at least three months and the effect was satisfying.
