摘要
《内经》"法于阴阳"的养生思想,即顺应自然界的阴阳变化规律,使机体阴阳与自然环境始终保持协调平衡。"谨察阴阳所在而调之,以平为期"。调整和保持人体阴阳的协调平衡是治疗疾病、养生保健的最高行为准则。《内经》"法于阴阳"的养生思想对于认识生殖、生命规律的变化,研究养生保健具有重要意义。
