眩康胶囊治疗颈性眩晕60例

Clinical Research of Treating Cervical Vertigo by Jingxuankang Capsule in 60 Cases

目的观察颈眩康胶囊治疗颈性眩晕的临床疗效,为该药物治疗颈性眩晕提供科学依据。方法随机将符合纳入标准的60例颈性眩晕患者分为实验组(颈眩康组)和对照组(颈复康组),各30例,进行时间为2周的药物治疗观察。记录治疗前后患者症状和生活质量的改善情况。结果在临床疗效方面,实验组与对照组存在统计学意义(P<0.05),2组均能改善颈性眩晕的症状,且实验组要优于对照组,尤其表现在治疗某些兼症方面。结论颈眩康胶囊能有效改善颈性眩晕患者的临床症状,提高患者生活质量。

Objective In order to provide scientific basis for promoting the new drug,we observed the clinical effect of Jingxuankang capsule on Cervical Vertigo（CV）.Methods 60 suffering CV cases which were selected in research were randomly divided into two different groups：the experimental group（Jingxuankang group） and the control group（Jingfiikang group）.The drug treatment for the 60 cases lasted for two weeks.Then observing the improvement in patients with symptoms and social life after the treatment.Results There was significant different between the experimental group and control group in the clinical curative effect.Both groups can improve the symptoms of cervical vertigo.The experiment group is better than the control group,especially in some of the symptoms and functions.Conclusion Jingxuankag capsule can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and function of CV patients.
