老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者血清基质金属蛋白酶-9与骨转换生化指标及骨密度的关系 被引量:7

摘要 目的观察老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者血清基质金属蛋白酶(MMP)-9及其抑制剂(TIMP)-1与骨转换生化指标、骨密度的关系。方法收集稳定期老年COPD男性患者90例,根据骨密度分为正常骨量组、低骨量组、骨质疏松组各30例。酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测血清MMP-9、TIMP-1和血清骨碱性磷酸酶(sBAP)、血清骨钙素(sOC)、血清I型胶原交联C端肽(sCTX)水平。结果老年COPD稳定期血清MMP-9、MMP-9/TIMP-1比值随骨密度降低呈升高趋势,以骨质疏松组最高(均P<0.01);血清TIMP-1水平在骨质疏松组升高,但3组间差别无统计学意义(P>0.05)。MMP-9/TIMP-1比值与骨形成指标sBAP、sOC呈显著负相关(均P<0.01),与骨吸收指标sCTX呈显著正相关(P<0.01)。结论老年男性稳定期COPD患者升高的MMP-9/TIMP-1与骨转换生化指标有一定相关性,可能与COPD伴骨质疏松患者骨代谢转换增快有关。
