摘要
在真核生物的染色质结构中,核小体核心组蛋白氨基末端可以被组蛋白乙酰基转移酶(HATs)和去乙酰基酶(HDACs)修饰。这种可逆乙酰化修饰作用可使染色质结构发生动态调整,从而影响基因的转录活性。
