Roux-en-Y胃转流术后脂肪细胞因子水平变化及意义

摘要 目的观察Roux-en-Y胃转流术(RYGB)对2型糖尿病(T2DM)滇南小耳猪血清脂肪细胞因子水平的影响。方法健康雌性15只滇南小耳猪,随机分为正常对照组(NC组)、DM手术组(DO组)和DM对照组(DC组),每组5只。分圈饲养,NC组给予普通饮食,DO组和DC组采用高糖高脂饮食加小剂量链尿佐菌素诱导建立T2DM滇南小耳猪动物模型。8 w末DO组行RYGB术。分别在术前(第8周末)、术后2(10 w)、4(12 w)及8 w(16 w)检测血清瘦素、脂联素、抵抗素、肿瘤坏死因子-α的水平。结果与DC组相比,DO组在RYGB术后血糖下降,血清瘦素和血清抵抗素浓度在术后2、4、8 w均低于DC组(P<0.05);血清脂联素浓度在术后2、4、8 w均高于DC组(P<0.05);血清TNF-α浓度在术后2 w高于DC,4 w、8 w均低于DC组(P<0.05)。结论脂肪细胞因子是T2DM小型猪RYGB术后血糖水平长期缓解的重要因素。
