优质护理在输卵管阻塞介入再通手术中的应用

The application of high quality nursing care in interventional recanalization for fallopian tube obstruction

目的探讨输卵管阻塞介入再通手术患者实施优质护理的临床效果。方法随机选取输卵管阻塞需在DSA下介入治疗的患者240例,分为对照组110例,观察组130例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施优质护理。比较2组患者的治疗护理效果。结果观察组患者及家属的满意度、患者的配合程度及输卵管通畅率明显高于对照组;手术中意外情况的发生率明显低于对照组,对照组出现6例手术意外,而观察组患者未出现手术意外,2组比较差异显著。结论介入室护士对输卵管介入再通的患者实施优质护理后,手术中意外情况的发生明显减少;输卵管再通成功率明显提高;护患关系得到了较大提升,护患信任度提高;增强了患者治疗疾病的信心,有利于患者更好的配合手术;使输卵管再通手术取得更好的效果,值得推广。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of high quality nursing care in performing interventional recanalization for fallopian tube obstruction. Methods A total of 240 patients with fallopian tube obstruction who would receive interventional recanalization under DSA guidance were enrolled in this study. The patients were randomly divided into control group （n = 110） and study group （n = 130）. Routine nursing measures were employed for patients of the control group, while high quality nursing measures were executed for patients of the study group. The clinical nursing results were compared between the two groups. Results The satisfaction degree of the patients and their family members, the coordination extent of patients and the patency degree of fallopian tube in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group. Besides, the incidence of operative accident in the study group was also markedly lower than that in the control group. Surgical accident occurred in 6 patients of the control group, while no surgical accident occurred in the patients of the study group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant. Coneluslon When high quality nursing measures are carried out for the patients who receive interventional recanalization for fallopian tube obstruction, the occurrence of operative accidence can be reduced obviously and the success rate of fallopian tube recanalization can be strikingly increased. Besides, the nurse- patient mutual relation has been greatly improved, which strengthens patient＇s confidence in the treatment of the disease and is helpful for patient to cooperate the surgery more properly. Thus, excellent results of fallopian tube recanalization can be ensured. Therefore, this technique should be recommended in clinical practice.
