摘要
近年来，糖尿病发病率呈直线上升趋势，其作为缺血性心脏病（IHD）的主要危险因素之一也越来越引起人们的重视。研究表明，合并有糖尿病的IHD患者诱发心肌缺血再灌注损伤的几率是非糖尿病IHD患者的2～3倍，糖尿病的诸多合并症都会增加心脏对IHD的敏感性，因此糖尿病心肌缺血再灌注损伤及保护的研究逐渐受到关注。寻找有效的糖尿病心肌缺血再灌注保护方法，探寻其机制已成为当今研究热点。
