交界性和恶性卵巢上皮肿瘤微血管生成的研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的 :探讨交界性和恶性卵巢上皮肿瘤微血管生成状态及肿瘤微血管生成与卵巢肿瘤发生、发展的关系。方法 :对 10例交界性卵巢上皮肿瘤和 45例上皮性卵巢癌石蜡组织切片采用 F 相关抗原 ,应用 SABC法 ,检测上皮性卵巢肿瘤中的肿瘤微血管密度 (MVD)。结果 :145例上皮性卵巢癌中 MVD均值为 31.7± 11.2 (4 0 0倍镜下 ) ,高于同时检测的交界性卵巢上皮肿瘤 (P<0 .0 5 )。MVD在不同的卵巢癌临床分期中的差异有显著性意义 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,并且临床 ~ 期肿瘤 MVD高于临床 ~ 期 (P<0 .0 5 )。 2不同组织分级中 MVD无显著性差异 (P>0 .0 5 )。结论 :肿瘤血管生成是卵巢肿瘤发生、发展的早期事件 ,临床 ~ 期的 MVD比 ~ 期高。 MVD与组织分级无明显关系。 Objectives:To investigate tumor angiogenesis in borderline and malignant epithelial ovarian tumors.Methods:Polycolonal antibody directed against human von willebrand factor(factor Ⅷ)immunohistochemistry were used on 55 cases of invasive epithelial ovarian tumors to indentify tumor angiogenesis(microvessel density,MVD).Results:①The mean MVD was 31.7±11.8(40x) in 45 cases epithelial ovarian cancer and higher than that in borderline tumors.②There was no difference of MVD among tumor grade ( P >0.05).But MVD was different among tumor stage( P <0.05).MVD in stage Ⅲ~Ⅳ cancer was higher than stage Ⅰ~Ⅱ( P <0.05).Conclusions:Tumor angiogenesis was a early event in ovarian tumorgenesis.And tumor micovessel increased companyed by tumor development.
