摘要
目的探讨重建钢板治疗儿童锁骨骨折的临床疗效。方法回顾分析本院2004年3月至2011年5月采取切开复位重建钢板内固定治疗儿童锁骨骨折23例的临床资料。结果23例患儿随访时间24~28个月,中位时间25个月。上肢功能恢复良好,根据疗效评定标准:优18例,良3例,可2例,差O例。无感染、钢板松动、断裂、再骨折、肩锁关节骨性关节炎等并发症。复查x线示所有骨折均获得解剖复位,无骨折不愈合及畸形愈合等。结论重建钢板治疗儿童锁骨骨临床效果良好,有利于早期功能锻炼及肢体功能恢复。
Objective To inrestignate the efficacy of open reduction for plate reconstruction in children with clavicular fracture. Methods Clinical data of undergoing 23 children with clavicular fracture undergoing open reduction for plate reconstruction in our hospital between March 2004 and May 2011 were analyzed retrospectively. Results All the patients were followed up for a median of 25 (24 to 28) months and had a satisfactory recovery of the activity of upper extremities, as evidenced by 18 cases with excellent efficacy, 3 with ideal efficacy, 2 with acceptable efficacy and nil with poor outcomes. No postoperative complications, including infection, loosened or fracture of the steel plate, relapse of bone fracture, osteoarthritis of the acromioelavicular joint, were reported. X-ray reassessment suggested that anatomical reduction was achieved in all the cases. Neither failure of healing nor malformation was documented. Conclusion Open reduction for plate reconstruction is effective for the treatment of clavicular fractures and may facilitate early-stage exercising and recovery of extremities in children.
