糖尿病对成骨功能影响 被引量：2

摘要 糖尿病与骨代谢关系密切，糖尿病患者胰岛素及胰岛素样生长因子缺乏，钙磷及维生素D代谢异常，高血糖，糖尿病并发症，糖基化终末产物，细胞因子与Wnt信号途径异常等均可造成糖尿病患者骨代谢异常从而导致骨质疏松症等骨骼病变，本文就糖尿病对成骨功能影响的研究进展作一综述。
