呼吸内科病房泛耐药鲍曼不动杆菌的耐药性及临床用药分析 被引量:11

摘要 鲍曼不动杆菌是医院感染的重要病原菌,主要引起呼吸道感染、尿路感染、伤口感染等。近年来,随着抗生素的广泛使用及医院介入性医疗操作的开展,鲍曼不动杆菌已经成为医院感染的主要病原菌,尤其是对多种常用抗菌药物均耐药的泛耐药鲍曼不动杆菌(PDR—Ab)菌株,因其生存能力强,耐药机制复杂,使抗菌药物的选择范围越来越小,其临床治疗已成为全球范围的难题。本研究通过对我院呼吸内科病房收集到的283株PDR—Ab菌株进行检测,了解其耐药隋况。
