半量电抽搐与全量电抽搐治疗的随机对照研究 被引量:3

A random control study of the differences of EEG in 60 cases treated with whole and half dose stimulation of ECT.

摘要 Objective To study the difference in EEG of Electric Convulsive Treatment (ECT) between whole and half close stimulation.Methods 60 patients were randomised into two groups and were given whole and half dose stimulation respectively. Results No significant differences of seizure energy index, postictal suppression index and seizure duration were found between the two groups ( P >0 05). ECT has the same therapeutic effect on patients with schizophrenia ( P >0 05). Conclusions Our data suggest that half intensity ECT maybe as effective as full intensity ECT.
