上海浦东新区社区成人PON1基因多态性与慢性肾脏病的相关性

摘要 慢性肾脏病（CKD）已成为近年全球关注的公共卫生问题。脂质代谢紊乱在CKD病程进展中起促进作用，对氧磷酶1（paraoxonase-1，PON1）是一种高密度脂蛋白相关的抗氧化物酶，其基因多态性性与酶活性、氧化应激、血管损伤及其共同通路上的某些表型（如血脂）相关。有研究发现，女性PON1基因rs662位点G—A突变与蛋白尿和肾小球滤过率（eGFR）下降相关。
