维持性血液透析患者H型高血压与细胞因子及颈动脉病变的关系

摘要
维持性血液透析(MHD)患者普遍存在心血管疾病(CVD),而以动脉粥样硬化(AS)为主要原因的CVD是导致MHD患者死亡的主要原因。H型高血压是指伴有高同型半胱氨酸血症的高血压。研究发现同型半胱氨酸(homocysteine,Hcy)与As的发生密切相关。我们对本院MHD患者H型高血压的发生及与细胞因子和颈动脉病变的关系进行了分析探讨。
