椎管内外血管外皮细胞瘤一例

摘要 1病例介绍 患者女，13岁，无明显诱因出现腰骶部疼痛，伴双下肢麻木感1个月于2012年5月28日人院。查体：神志清楚，双侧瞳孔等大等圆，直径约2～4min，对光反射灵敏。颈软，双上肢活动可，全身浅表淋巴结未扪及肿大。腰骶部局部压痛明显，未扪及包块，皮肤表面温度正常，下肢浅感觉正常，肌力、肌张力正常，腱反射不亢进，病理征阴性。行腰骶部磁共振（MRI）检查：第3腰椎椎体上缘至第2骶椎椎体下缘左后方见一巨大长Tl、长T2肿块影，
