摘要
采用超低功耗的PIC18LF45K22单片机作为主控制器,结合超低功率的WirelessHART射频收发器模块XDM2510H以及独立的电量测量芯片DS2782等芯片模块,设计了一种运行可靠,具有全网电量管理和辅助诊断功能的低功耗智能压力仪表。介绍了无线HART标准及其在应用中的优势,并阐述了该压力仪表设计的总体结构,以及具体的硬件电路和软件实施方案,说明了该智能压力仪表的工作原理和特点。
An intelligent pressure instrument of reliableoperation and with low power consumptionand the functions ofnetwork-wide coordination forefficient power usage and auxiliary diagnostic capability is de- signed. This design is completed with PICI8LF45K22 ,an ultra-low power consumption single chip micro- computer as the main controller and in combination of XDM2510H ,an ultra-low power WirelessHART RF transceiver moduleand DS2782, an independent power measuring chip. This paper describesthe Wire- lessHART standard and its advantages in application, exploresthe overall structure of system and specific- design of both hardware and software, and explains in detail the working principle and characteristics of in- telligent pressure instrument. Theoretical analysis and experimentindicate that this design is feasible and applicable.
