Pokemon在卵巢上皮细胞肿瘤中的表达及意义

Expression of Pokemon in epithelial ovarian carcinoma and its clinical significance

目的:探讨上皮性卵巢肿瘤组织中Pokemon的表达及临床意义。方法:采用免疫组化方法分别检测20例正常卵巢组织、20例卵巢良性肿瘤、30例卵巢上皮性癌组织中Pokemon蛋白表达水平,并分析其与卵巢癌临床病例特征的关系。结果:Pokemon在卵巢上皮性癌、卵巢良性肿瘤、正常卵巢组织中表达,表达率分别为90%、30%、5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Pokemon过表达与卵巢癌组织分化程度、临床分期及淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05),而与年龄无关(P>0.05)。结论:Pokemon在卵巢癌组织中高表达与卵巢癌组织分化程度、临床分期及淋巴结转移有关,在卵巢癌的发生发展中起重要作用。

Objective：To investigate the expression of Pokemon in epithelial ovarian carcinoma and its clinical significance.Methods：The expression of Pokemon protein was detected with immunohistochemistry.Results：The positive expression rate of Pokemon in epithelial ovarian carcinoma is significantly higher than that in benign epithelial ovarian tumor and normal ovarian tissues.Conlusion：Pokemon plays an important role in occurrence and development of epithelial ovarian carcinoma,which may become target of epithelial ovarian carcinoma treatment.
