摘要
目的 探讨骨骺软骨板和关节软骨有无抵抗骨肉瘤 (OS)侵犯的作用。方法 将 38例截肢的OS标本 ,纵向锯成 1cm左右的骨片 ,作多骨片X 线照片 ,在不同层面骨骺软骨板和关节软骨处多处取材 ,光学显微镜观察OS对骨骺软骨板和关节软骨侵犯情况。用免疫组织化学观察血管形成与浸润的关系。结果 免疫组化显示 :在浸润区F 8抗原阳性细胞和毛细血管密度与非浸润区之间差异有非常显著意义 (P <0 0 1)。结论 骨骺软骨板对OS的侵犯没有明显抵抗作用 ,即使有抵抗也仅是暂时的屏障作用。浸润与血管形成呈正相关。
Objective To explore the role of epiphyseal plate and cartilage whether or not to resist the invasion of osteosarcoma(OS).tumor stage of invasion.mode of invasion and mechanism of genesis.Methods Use the OS specimen of 57 cases of amputation,saw these specimen into spicula of 1cm thick in vertical direction,and make X-ray photograph of multi-spicula,Draw materials in various plane of epiphyseal plate and cartilage ,observe the invasive condition of OS to epiphyseal plate and cartilage under light microscope.And use immunohistochemical methods to observe the vascularization and infiltration.Results According to the degree of destruction,we staged epiphyseal plate and cartilage when invaded by OS into three stage.The immunohistochemistry showed that the positive express cell of F8Ag is higher in infiltration zone than that of center zone of tumor( P <0.01 ).Conclusion According to the result of this group,the epiphyseal plate hasnt obvious resistance to OS invasion,or has transient barrier role if have,and the invasion of OS has positive correlation to vascularization.
