摘要
目的 了解肺癌组织中人类疱疹病毒 7型(HHV - 7)的感染情况。方法 利用巢式 PCR分析 5 0例肺癌和 2 6例癌旁正常组织石腊切片中的 HHV- 7的 DNA。结果 巢式 PCR检出 1例肺腺癌及其癌旁组织和 1例肺鳞癌组织的 HHV- 7的 DNA阳性带。结论 某些类型的肺癌组织石腊切片中存在 HHV- 7的 DNA,阳性率为 4%。
Objective The infection of herpesvirus 7 (HHV-7) in tissue specimens from non-small-cell lung cancer was analyzed.Methods The polymerase chain reaction (PCR) was used to detect HHV-7 from 50 cases of embedded lung cancer specimens.Results There were 1 case with adenocarcinoma and its paracarcinoma tissue and 1 case with squamous carcinoma were positive bands for HHV-7 by PCR.Conclusion There are HHV-7 DNA in paraffin embedded tissues of some types of NSCLC. The positive rate of HHV-7 in NSCLC was 4%.
