肺癌患者基质分解素-1基因表达的研究

目的 了解基质分解素 - 1基因在肺癌中的表达水平。方法 19例肺癌患者术中取癌组织及癌旁肺组织 ;提取组织总 RNA;用逆转录共扩增定量 PCR方法测定基质分解素 - 1(MMP3)基因表达水平。结果 肺癌组织基质分解素- 1基因表达水平明显高于癌旁肺组织。肺癌患者 MMP3基因表达水平与肿瘤大小、肿瘤组织学类型无关。结论 基质分解素 -

Objective To investigate stromelysin-1(MMP 3) gene expression in patients with pulmonary carcinoma.Methods Cancerous tissue and surrounding noncancerous lung tissue were obtained from 19 patients with lung cancer and total RNA was isolated from tissues. Stromelysin-1 gene expression level was measured by quantitative analysis of reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction.Results Stromelysin-1 gene expression level in cancerous tissue was much higher than that of surrounding noncancerous lung tissue. MMP3 gene expression level showed no correlation with tumor size and histological type of lung cancer.Conclusion Stromelysin-1 may play an important role in invasion of pulmonary carcinoma
