摘要
采用项目风险管理中故障树法的相关理论和方法,以炭/炭(C/C)刹车盘研制项目为案例开展风险分析及研究。通过分析结果能够相对准确地定位系统存在故障的节点,从而为项目制定控制措施提供依据,而且也可以为其他类似C/C复合材料研制项目提供有益的参考。
Based on the fault tree of project risk management theory and method, this paper studied the risk problem of carbon/ carbon (C/C) brakes disc development project. The analysis results can relatively accurate positioning system failed node, and thus provide the basis for the development of control measures for the project, but also can produce positive influence to the development project for carbon/carbon composites.
