Comparison of trace elements levels in blood of pregnant women at different age

摘要 目的分析西安地区不同年龄段孕妇全血中微量元素(铜、锌、钙、镁、铁)水平及变化趋势。方法采用火焰原子吸收分析法测定1158名孕妇全血Cu、Zn、Ca、Mg、Fe的浓度,并对数据进行分析比较。结果20岁~25岁孕妇缺铁概率为8.23%,26岁~30岁孕妇缺铁概率为23.28%,31岁-35岁孕妇缺铁概率为36.06%,可见三组之间呈一定的线性关系,随着孕妇年龄的增加缺铁率也呈上升趋势,差异具有统计学意义;而三组孕妇铜、锌、钙、镁元素含量的比较,差异无统计学意义。结论高龄孕妇铁缺乏较多可能与高龄孕妇怀孕风险和自身身体素质下降有关,合理补充微量元素至关重要。 Objective To analyze the level and change of trace elements in blood of pregnant women at different age in Xi'an area. Methods The level of blood Cu, Zn, Ca, Mg, Fe were analyzed by flame atomic absorption spectrometry in 1158 pregnant women, then the data was analyzed and compared. Results The ratio of sideropenic in pregnant women of 20 - 25, 26 - 30 and 31 - 35 years old were 8.23%, 23.28%, 36.05% , respectively, and a certain linear relationship was seen among the three groups. With the maternal age increasing, iron deficiency rate is also rising. The comparison of the Cu, Zn, Ca and Mg levels in three groups showed the difference had no statistical significance among the three groups. Conclusion The older pregnant women are more likely to have iron deficiency. Therefore, the reasonable supplement of iron during gestation period is necessary, especially older pregnant woman should be strengthened for ensuring the maternal health and normal physical and mental development of fetus.
