摘要
目的对2012年10月南京市发生的一起不明原因肺炎进行实验室检测,以确定导致该病例的主要病原体。方法 采集该病例的呼吸道标本,利用荧光PCR、普通PCR及琼脂糖凝胶电泳检测可疑病毒核酸。结果该呼吸道标本中,各型流感病毒及其相应亚型特异性核酸均为阴性,冠状病毒特异性核酸为阴性,呼吸道病毒特异性核酸中单纯疱疹病毒为阳性,其余为阴性。结论根据实验室检测结果,结合流行病学资料分析,该不明原因肺炎病例系单纯疱疹病毒引起或合并混合型肺部感染,排除各型流感以及新型冠状病毒等病原体。
Objective To determine the main pathogen of a human atypical pneumonia case in Nanjing in October 2012 through laboratory detection. Methods Fluorescent PCR, ordinary PCR and agarose gel electrophoresis were employed to detect the pathogen from the clinical samples collected from respiratory tract of the patients. Results Nucleic acid detection of respiratory tract samples showed that herpes simplex virus was positive, while influenza viruses, novel coronavirus and other respiratory viruses were all negative. Conclusion This atypical pneumonia case is confirmed as herpes simplex virus infection or mixed pulmonary infection.
