震后心理恢复的生态模式被引量：6

摘要汶川地震对受灾者造成了不同程度的心理创伤,心理咨询、心理治疗对于震后心理恢复效果不强,且灾区迄今尚未形成动态的心理援助体系。有鉴于此,笔者拟就生态心理学对震后心理恢复的可行模式进行探讨,分析生态心理学视野下的心理恢复,据此提出震后心理重建的生态心理模式:.基于"助人自助"的自我恢复生态模式、基于个体—社会动态平衡的生态模式、基于个体—环境统筹发展的生态模式。
